Sorry there has been a delay between posts things have been crazy busy around here-Exams, trips to Oz, Wisdom teeth extractions :( and being asked to attend the Hawkes Bay Baby & Child show!! Which I have just sent in my registration form!! It is on August 27th & 28th so I am going to be crazy busy getting Quilts & Bibs ready to go! I just placed an order for 16 different fabrics- Scooby Doo, Care Bears, Noddy,Hot Wheels and HEAPS more! So I hope to see some of you there- I may be doing some specials for the event! Will let you know closer to the time!
I just got back on Monday from Brisbane where I got to spend the weekend with the Hoopers celebrating Little Ella's 1st birthday! It was FAB! She is sooo beautiful -She walks, says a few words, can drink from a glass, loves dancing, likes to beat up her big brothers and loved the play quilt I made her- She would pull it off the chair and lie on it pointing to all the different things! The little tops and dresses I made for her she looked SOOO cute in! It was fun spending time with the boys also- we went bike riding, for walks, shopping and they challenged me to Wii, and yep they bet me! Loved catching up with Jaz and Nath over a few drinks and having a laugh! Also caught up with Aunty Trish, My Mum & Woz, Fraser Del & Liam and Uncle Dean..it was a really busy weekend filled with lots of good times!
It was good to get home to Gabe & Fizz- They had successfully turned the house upside down- But they had missed me lots so helped to clean up!
The weather here is rubbish- so it is giving me a good chance to get some sewing done- Today I completed 5 Quilt tops and hope to have them done by the end of the week!
Anyway Better get back to sewing!
